Michael Dias

​Michael Dias (he/him/his) is an actor, physical theatre maker and educator and he brings with him over two decades of experience in the theatre industry, both on-stage and off. He is currently an adjunct professor of performance at DePaul University and College of DuPage, teaching mask performance and stage combat. He is a core company member of Proboscis Theatre Company, performing in their ensemble-driven productions, and he is a member of their training and education committee. Michael is the producer of the Mime Radio Show podcast, interviewing notable mimes and physical theatre artists all over the world. He is the operations manager for Innovation 80, a donor-advised fund that provides grants to non-profit organizations that work to provide arts education and training to underserved Chicago communities.
