Renting Redtwist
Redtwist has a freshly renovated Performance Venue and a separate rehearsal studio, both located just one block from the Bryn Mawr Red Line Station. Both spaces are available for short and long-term rentals.
Redtwist Theatre

On-Stage:
Redtwist's Black Box Theatre is 16' wide by 50' long. The space has flexible seating and can accommodate up to 50 guests. The new grid allows for speed and flexibility with lighting and sound installation.
Lobby Amenities:
Our newly renovated lobby has a concession bar, two ADA compliant bathrooms, and a back lounge with additional seating. Our lounge includes an upright piano and two guitars. Our space is also used as a gallery for local artists, which keeps our walls regularly adorned with excellent art.
Tech Assets:
Our venue has WiFi, a full video monitoring system for the stage, an ETC Nomad lighting console, and a Qlab system with sound and projection capacity. All tech aspects can be controlled from our fully secured booth.
Staff Support:
Redtwist's supportive staff can be hired to run box office, concessions, and assist with technical needs for your rental. Professional rates vary depending on your needs and can be negotiated as part of your rental contract.
Weekly rates starting at $1,500
Weekly rentals include 4 hours in the space, 5 days a week. We're happy to add additional hours to the rental to support your event.
Daily rates starting at $500
Daily rentals include 8 hours in the space. We're happy to add additional hours to the rental to support your event.
All rentals require a non-refundable 10% security deposit.

Studio Space
The Redtwist Studio is in Edgewater Presbyterian, just across the street from our venue, at 1020 W Bryn Mawr Ave. This open space is on the third floor, with tall windows and lots of natural light. It is available to rent for rehearsals, classes, and meetings. This space is not available for any public performances.
Amenities
The Studio space includes air conditioning for summer, and radiator heat for winter. The space contains a refrigerator, printer, folding chairs and tables, and rehearsal cubes.
